Cancelling Your Appointment at Hiikuss Hair Studio in Camberwell

As you are a valued and much-cherished client we schedule appointments so that you will have the time and attention you deserve.  We understand that sometimes you are unable to make a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

However, we require that if you cannot make your appointment, that you cancel as soon as you receive our text confirmation message or within 24 hrs of a scheduled visit and we will be happy to schedule another appointment for you.

Please remember that an appointment is not completely booked until we receive your text confirmation.

I am sure you are aware that missing an appointment is detrimental to us because it prevents us from scheduling another valued client in.
