How To Get In Touch To Cancel Your Appointment

As you are a valued client we schedule appointments so that you will have the time and attention you deserve.  We understand that sometimes you are unable to make a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

However, please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice of your wish to cancel.  As soon as you receive our text message asking you to confirm your appointment slot, please contact us ASAP on 0207 701 6478 to let us know if you cannot make it.  We will be happy to schedule another appointment for you.

If you regularly cancel your appointment without at least 48 hours' notice, please do not be offended if we ask you for a full pre-payment on your next appointment.

Please remember that an appointment is not completely booked until we receive your text confirmation.
